Orders
All orders may be placed through our online checkout system, via Paypal. No orders may be placed by phone or email.
If you are a local, and would prefer to pick up the item/items yourself, you may do so but make arrangements first by calling before placing an order.
All orders go through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards, bank transfers, and debit cards.
If the customer has an existing Paypal account he/she has not only all major credit card payment options, but banking options including E-Check.
If the customer does not have an existing Paypal account and does not wish to create one, he/she can check out using Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
We have a 2-4 week ordering wait period. From the time the customer orders online to recieving the shipment, a time period of 2-4 weeks is needed.
Certain items are subject to UPS's large package surcharge. This affects the Original, and the Flemish Giant home due to the size of the package. This surcharge is automatically included in the shipping and handling section of the checkout area.

We are in the process of expanding to each and every state, so continue to check back if you are from another state!
Special Note To Customer: If for any reason you see a zero amount in the shipping and handling location of the checkout system, and you proceed to confirm the order, we will refund your money automatically. A zero amount means you are ordering from a state we do not currently ship to, however Paypal still allows the customer to checkout.
Special Note To Customer: All products are assembled once completely to ensure proper functioning and correct placement of all parts.
Returns
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee (shipping is non-refundable). If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product within 14 days of recieving it, you may return it based on the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- The customer must follow assembly instuctions. If any alterations have been made by
- the customer to the original design, the 100% satisfaction guarantee is void.
- Must have original reciept
- Return ground shipping charges through UPS are the responsibility of the customer unless
- the product is damaged or incorrect.
- We would appreciate if the customer would fill out the return form, letting us know the reason for
returning the item.
